Yea, that's right. I canned peaches and pears. I'd never done it by myself before. I'd helped my mom and grandma plenty of times though. We have peach and pear trees in our backyard. It was kind of fun and very satisfying to see all my jars lined up on the counter. Unfortunately, Tripp won't eat anything slimy. So I will try to force feed these to him in a couple of months.
