Aspen Cooper

It's a bit late, Aspen will be 7 weeks old on Wednesday, but here are some pictures from the past 7 weeks. She was born April 17th. Everything went really well. She was almost 2 pounds smaller than Tripp, so she pretty much flew out after 3 pushes. Sure beats 2 1/2 hours of pushing, followed by an episiotomy. She's healthy and sweet and we love her so much.

 While I was in labor, Trevor took Tripp to the children's museum, then brought him up to see the baby. He was hesitant at first, then so excited.

1 week

 

 2 weeks -  So serious. Notice the super cute quilt in the background that my Mom made. Love it!!

3 weeks

 

 

 4 weeks - Tripp is constantly laying by her and kissing her. It's cute, but a bit excessive.

 5 weeks - Tripp is laughing at Aspen's pooping face
