Shout out to Jasmine

I just wanted to share my new found love for Jasmine rice. It's so delicious (as far as rice goes). I'm extra glad I like it because we bought a 25 lb bag of it at Costco. The brand is Super Lucky Elephant and it has a picture of a gloriously regal elephant on the bag. Here's how it was originally discovered: Our friends, Stacey and Eric, were sick of buying rice, only to discover that it was sub-standard quality or taste. One day, while at Costco, they saw an Asian couple going down the rice aisle. They had the brilliant idea to follow them and see what kind of rice they preferred. The couple proceeded to buy the 25 lb bag of Super Lucky Elephant Rice. Eric decided that was all the endorsement the rice needed (although politically incorrect, it ended happily for everyone involved). They loved the rice and told us about it. Now I am spreading the word. Buy it right now. Bonus: it cooks very fast. Only 7 or 8 minutes, as oppesed to 16 - 18. Another bonus: your house smells good after you cook it.
